Anko PH processes all personal data in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and its implementing rules.
Anko PH does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes. Ever.
You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data. Submit requests anytime through your account dashboard.
We use cookies only for platform functionality, security, and analytics. We explain exactly what each cookie does and how to manage them.
All data transmitted between your device and Anko PH is encrypted using TLS. Sensitive data at rest is protected using industry-standard encryption protocols.
Anko PH has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) responsible for overseeing compliance with data privacy obligations and handling player data requests.
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how Anko PH ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform") collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects the personal data of individuals ("you," "your," or "Player") who access or use the Anko PH website at anko-ph.com and its associated mobile application and services (collectively, "the Platform").
Anko PH is committed to handling your personal data responsibly, transparently, and in full compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and all applicable issuances of the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.
By registering an account on Anko PH or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described herein. If you do not agree with this Policy, you must not use the Platform.
Plain Language Summary: We collect your data to run your account, process payments, verify your identity, and keep the platform safe. We do not sell your data. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time. This Policy tells you exactly how all of that works.
For the purposes of the Data Privacy Act of 2012, Anko PH is the personal information controller in respect of the personal data collected through the Platform. Where sensitive personal information is collected — such as a copy of a government-issued ID — it is handled with heightened security measures and access controls.
Anko PH collects personal data through the following means:
- Directly from you — when you register an account, complete KYC verification, make a deposit or withdrawal, contact our support team, or use any feature of the Platform that requires you to submit information.
- Automatically — when you access and use the Platform, we automatically collect technical and usage data through cookies, web beacons, log files, and similar tracking technologies. See Section 10 for more details on cookies.
- From third-party service providers — we may receive data about you from identity verification providers, payment processors (such as GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank), fraud detection services, and analytics providers, where such data is necessary to provide our services or comply with legal obligations.
- From publicly available sources — in limited circumstances, we may collect data from publicly available sources for the purposes of fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, or regulatory due diligence.
Anko PH processes your personal data for the following purposes:

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, Anko PH processes your personal data on the following legal bases:

- Legal obligation — processing is necessary to comply with applicable Philippine laws, including anti-money laundering regulations, gaming regulations, and tax reporting obligations.
- Legitimate interests — processing is necessary for Anko PH's legitimate interests, including fraud prevention, platform security, and improving our services, provided those interests are not overridden by your data protection rights.
- Consent — for certain processing activities, such as sending marketing communications or using non-essential cookies, we rely on your freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Note: Where processing is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time by contacting our support team or adjusting your account communication preferences. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out prior to withdrawal.
Anko PH does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients, strictly on a need-to-know basis and subject to appropriate data protection safeguards:
- Payment processors — GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment service providers, to process your deposits and withdrawals. These providers process your financial data as independent data controllers subject to their own privacy policies.
- Identity verification providers — third-party KYC and anti-money laundering service providers who assist us in verifying your identity and screening against sanctions and watchlists.
- Game providers — the developers and operators of games available on the Anko PH platform may receive limited technical and gameplay data necessary to deliver the game service.
- Cloud and hosting providers — infrastructure and cloud service providers who host the Platform and store data on our behalf, acting as personal information processors under our instruction.
- Analytics providers — service providers who help us analyze Platform usage and performance. Data shared for analytics purposes is aggregated or pseudonymized where possible.
- Regulatory and law enforcement authorities — we may disclose your personal data to the National Privacy Commission, PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), law enforcement agencies, or courts where required by law, court order, or regulatory directive.
- Professional advisers — lawyers, auditors, and other professional advisers where necessary for the conduct of our business, subject to confidentiality obligations.
All third-party service providers who process personal data on our behalf are required to enter into data processing agreements with Anko PH and are prohibited from using your personal data for any purpose other than providing the contracted service.

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by Anko PH. You may exercise any of these rights by contacting our Data Protection Officer as described in Section 14.
Anko PH will respond to all data privacy rights requests within thirty (30) days of receipt. In complex cases, we may extend this period by a further thirty (30) days, in which case we will notify you of the extension and the reason for it. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.
Please note that certain rights are subject to limitations. For example, we may be unable to delete data that we are legally required to retain, or data that is necessary to defend against a legal claim.
The Anko PH platform is strictly intended for individuals who are at least 21 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 21 years old. This age restriction is enforced through our KYC identity verification process, which requires all players to submit a valid government-issued ID confirming their date of birth before they can make deposits or withdrawals.
If Anko PH becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, we will take immediate steps to delete that data, close the associated account, and reverse any deposits made, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has registered an account on Anko PH, please contact our Data Protection Officer immediately using the contact details in Section 14.
Anko PH reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or the services we offer. When we make material changes to this Policy, we will notify registered players by email or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
The date at the top of this page indicates when this Policy was last updated. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically to stay informed about how Anko PH protects your personal data. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
If you have any concerns about changes to this Policy, please contact our Data Protection Officer before the effective date of the changes. If you do not agree with the revised Policy, you must stop using the Platform and close your account.
