Using Anko PH constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the platform.
You must be at least 21 years old to register and play on Anko PH, in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations.
Each player may hold only one active Anko PH account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of funds.
All deposits and withdrawals must use payment methods registered in your name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes are subject to Philippine jurisdiction.
Anko PH provides deposit limits, self-exclusion, and cooling-off tools. Responsible gaming is a core obligation of the platform.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and Anko PH ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Anko PH website or mobile application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all services offered by Anko PH, including but not limited to online casino games, bingo, card games, promotional offers, the Anko PH wallet, and the Anko PH mobile application. References to "the Platform" include the website at anko-ph.com and all associated mobile applications and services.
To register and maintain an account on Anko PH, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement under Philippine law governing online casino-style gaming. Anko PH enforces this requirement through identity verification (KYC) procedures at registration and at the time of withdrawal requests.
- You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities may not register as players.
- You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of Anko PH or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
- You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on Anko PH or any other gaming platform operating under Philippine gaming regulations.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
Anko PH takes underage gambling seriously. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and the matter may be referred to the appropriate authorities. Deposits made by underage players will be returned minus any winnings, which shall be forfeited.
By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Anko PH reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
To access the full features of Anko PH, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
One Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on Anko PH. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Anko PH will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify Anko PH support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Know Your Customer (KYC). Anko PH is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and may request verification at any time. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID). Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account suspension.
- All information provided must match your official government-issued identification documents.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
- Anko PH reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account at any time.
Anko PH supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at Anko PH's discretion. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
Deposits. Deposits are credited to your Anko PH wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed at the time of transaction. Anko PH does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Anko PH reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:
- GCash and Maya: Typically processed within 1 hour during business hours.
- BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers: Typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Anti-Money Laundering. Anko PH complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. We are required to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities. Funds deposited on the Platform must originate from legitimate sources. Anko PH reserves the right to freeze accounts and withhold withdrawals pending investigation where suspicious activity is detected.
Important: Anko PH does not accept deposits from third parties. Any deposit originating from a payment account not registered in the player's own name will be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
Anko PH reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits, which may vary by payment method and account verification status. Current limits are displayed within your account dashboard.
All games available on Anko PH are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific rules of a game, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game only.
Random Number Generators. All Anko PH games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are independent of previous rounds and cannot be influenced by the player or by Anko PH.
Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game round, Anko PH reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. Anko PH's decision in such matters is final. No compensation beyond the return of the original wager will be provided in the event of a malfunction.
Disconnection. Anko PH is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection, device failure, or other technical issues on the player's side. Where a game round is interrupted due to a disconnection, the round will be completed automatically according to the game's rules, and the result will stand.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface.
- Players may not use automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with any game on the Platform.
- Anko PH reserves the right to void bets placed in error or as a result of a pricing or odds error.
Anko PH may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General bonus terms are set out below.
Wagering Requirements. Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms.
Bonus Abuse. Anko PH reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably suspects that a player is abusing the bonus system, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players.
- Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may be subject to geographic, payment method, or game restrictions.
- Anko PH reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device.
- Bonuses have expiry dates. Unused bonus funds will be forfeited upon expiry.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Anko PH platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.
- Registering more than one account or assisting another person in doing so.
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
- Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
- Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or scripts to interact with the Platform or its games.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reclaimed.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- Engaging in any form of cheating, including but not limited to card marking, chip dumping, or collusion.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software or systems.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing Anko PH staff or other players through any communication channel.
- Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
Any player who initiates a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute will have their account suspended immediately. All outstanding balances will be withheld pending investigation. Anko PH reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for losses caused by fraudulent chargebacks.
All content on the Anko PH platform, including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and audiovisual materials, is the property of Anko PH or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.
The Anko PH name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Anko PH. You may not use any Anko PH trademark without our prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, Anko PH, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.
Anko PH's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Anko PH account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Anko PH makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
Anko PH collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
We collect personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improving the Platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share your data with payment processors, game providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or as necessary to provide our services.

- Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or up to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to log in or place wagers.
- Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Anko PH platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months. To request self-exclusion, contact our support team.

Termination by You. You may close your Anko PH account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
Termination by Anko PH. Anko PH reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. In the event of termination for cause, Anko PH may withhold any balance pending investigation and, where fraud or illegal activity is confirmed, forfeit such balance entirely.
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 7 (Prohibited Conduct), 8 (Intellectual Property), 9 (Limitation of Liability), and 13 (Governing Law) — shall survive the termination of your account and these Terms.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and Anko PH, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support channels.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through our support team, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
Anko PH reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
Your continued use of the Anko PH platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
The date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last updated. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
